PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperatures plummet, rubber and plastic parts harden, becoming brittle and crystallized, thus losing their flexibility. At this brittle state, these parts break easily under external force. The flash on molded products, being thinner, becomes brittle faster at low temperatures. This machine exploits this phenomenon by operating when the flash is brittle, but the product remains flexible. High-speed projected special plastic media meticulously strike and clear the brittle flash, ensuring the precision removal without damaging the product.
