Introducing the state-of-the-art Cryogenic Deflashing Machine for Exceptional Rubber Trimming by Nitrogen: Model PG-40T. Experience the pinnacle of precision and efficiency.
Product Description
PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
Our cutting-edge cryogenic deflashing technology employs an innovative system where rubber or plastic components are placed inside a sophisticated machine chamber. These parts are then subjected to the extreme cold achieved through the strategic use of liquid nitrogen. Subsequently, they are tumbled in a barrel and gently blasted with high-quality polycarbonate media.
The unique nature of burrs and flashes, which possess a thinner surface area compared to their mass, allows them to 'FREEZE' swiftly, turning brittle. The meticulous tumbling action, combined with the precise impact of the media, effectively removes burrs while preserving the integrity of the part itself.
Upon completion of the process, components are returned to ambient room temperature, with cryogenic deburring ensuring an immaculate finish. Parts emerge spotless, devoid of dust or residues, and with a flawless 100% burr removal rate.
Cryogenic deburring and deflashing are ideally suited for a diverse range of applications, including die-cast metal parts, intricate rubber components, precision elastomeric parts, medical devices, and microelectronic elements.
FUNCTIONS
Our versatile machine excels at efficiently removing flashes from small rubber and plastic components such as O-rings, gaskets, and other molded items with unparalleled precision.
Harnessing the power of advanced cryogenic processing technology, flashes are initially frozen and subsequently removed via high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast). This significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
