Introducing the Cryogenic Deflashing Machine for Rubber Trimming by Nitrogen PG-40T, a revolutionary solution engineered to elevate your manufacturing efficiency and precision.
Product Description
PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
Our state-of-the-art Cryogenic deflashing technology employs a sophisticated system where rubber or plastic components are placed within a specialized machine chamber. These parts are then subjected to ultra-cold temperatures, achieved via liquid nitrogen, where they are gently tumbled within a barrel and meticulously blasted with polycarbonate media for impeccable results.
Thanks to their considerably thinner surface area compared to their volume, burrs/flashes rapidly 'FREEZE,' becoming fragile almost instantly. This brittleness allows the tumbling action, paired with the strategic media impact, to efficiently remove burrs, ensuring the integrity of the original part remains intact.
Upon culmination of the process, parts are smoothly transitioned back to ambient temperatures. The cryogenic deburring ensures a spotless finish, devoid of dust or residuals, achieving a flawless 100% burr removal.
Cryogenic deburring and deflashing are exceptional for a wide array of applications, including die cast metal parts, intricate rubber components, precision elastomeric parts, medical devices, and micro-electronic parts.
FUNCTIONS
Our leading-edge machine is extensively applied to remove flashes from small rubber and plastic parts, such as O-rings, gaskets, and various molded components, ensuring pristine quality and performance.
Employing advanced cryogenic processing technology, flashes are initially frozen and subsequently eradicated through high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast). This greatly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic components, delivering superior finishes.
