Product Description

As temperatures drop, rubber and plastic components undergo transformation, becoming hardened, brittle, and crystallized. Typically, the flash of molded products is significantly thinner than the finished product itself and becomes brittle sooner in low temperatures. The revolutionary Cryogenic Deflashing Machine harnesses this principle, operating precisely when the flash is brittle while the products retain their flexibility. Through the use of high-speed, specially designed plastic media, it effectively targets and eliminates the brittle burrs without compromising the integrity of the product.

FUNCTIONS
Our state-of-the-art machine is extensively utilized for removing flashes from small rubber and plastic parts, including O-rings, gaskets, and various other molded components.
Leveraging advanced cryogenic processing technology, the flashes are initially frozen then targeted with high-speed projected media (Polycarbonate blast). This process significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
