The thin flashes on molded products become brittle faster than the products themselves, allowing our Cryogenic Deflashing Machine to seamlessly exploit this window by using high-speed, specially designed plastic media. This process efficiently targets and removes the brittle flashes without compromising the integrity of the main product, ensuring a flawless finish.

FUNCTIONS
Our machine excels in flawlessly removing flashes from small rubber and plastic components like O-rings, gaskets, and other molded parts, ensuring a pristine finish every time.
Utilizing advanced cryogenic processing technology, our system first freezes the flashes and then employs high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast) to precisely eradicate them.
