A.Processing Parameters Description

Cryogenic deflashing/deburring process has six main parameters, temperature, wheel speed, barrel speed, and processing time, media size and quantity
Temperature:    The cooling temperature to freeze the flashes
Wheel speed:    Decide the power shot on the flashes with media
Barrel speed:    The tumbling speed of the barrel to keep all the parts be blasted.
Processing time:     Processing time depends on the processing result and quantity of the parts.
Media size:  0.5 0.8 1.0 1.2 and 1.5mm, each one has different power.
Quantity:  The number of parts can be processed    
We always use these 6 parameters to describe the right processing parameter and adjust gradually to find a best one.
B. Part Description
Refer to the parts we receive, we think that it is suitable for the cryogenic deflashing machine as the material, size, shape are all Ok.
--Material is good and suitable for cryogenic deflashing
--Size is a little small, which is also Ok
--Flash condition is relatively good as it is flat and thin, most is less than our requirement 0.2mm.
