PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperatures drop, rubber and plastic components undergo hardening, becoming brittle and crystallized, thereby losing flexibility. At this brittle temperature, these materials break easily under external force. The flash, being thinner than the main products, becomes brittle faster in low temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine exploits this principle by operating during the timeframe when the flash is brittle while the products remain flexible. High-speed projected special plastic media efficiently strike and clear the brittle flash, removing it without damaging the product.
