As temperatures plummet, rubber and plastic components undergo a transformation, becoming hardened, brittle, and crystallized, gradually losing their flexibility. In this brittle state, they are susceptible to breakage under external force. The flash of molded products, notably thinner than the finished product itself, reaches brittleness sooner at low temperatures. The innovative Cryogenic Deflashing Machine leverages this principle by operating within the delicate time frame when the flash becomes brittle while the product retains some flexibility. Utilizing high-speed projection of specialized plastic media, it precisely targets and eliminates brittle burrs without compromising the integrity of the product.

FUNCTIONS
Our machine is highly effective in the precise removal of flashes from small rubber and plastic components such as O-rings, gaskets, and a variety of other molded parts, ensuring a flawless finish.
Employing advanced cryogenic processing, flashes are first frozen and subsequently removed using high-speed polycarbonate blast media. This process significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
