As temperatures decrease, rubber and plastic parts undergo a transformation—hardening, becoming brittle, and crystallizing, losing their inherent flexibility. At this brittle temperature, these parts are susceptible to breakage under external forces. The flash on molded products, significantly thinner than the main product, becomes brittle sooner under low temperatures. Our cryogenic deflashing machine capitalizes on this phenomenon, operating within the critical time frame when the flash is brittle while the product retains its flexibility. By utilizing high-speed projected special plastic media, the machine effectively clears out brittle burrs without harming the product, ensuring seamless and efficient deburring.

FUNCTIONS
Our advanced machine is expertly engineered for removing flash from small rubber and plastic components such as O-rings, gaskets, and other intricately molded parts.
Leveraging state-of-the-art cryogenic processing technology, our machine first freezes the flashes, then uses high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast) to efficiently eliminate them. This process significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
