Processing Principle

This transformation reduces their flexibility, making them susceptible to breakage under external forces. The flash, being thinner than the main product, becomes brittle faster at low temperatures. Our cryogenic deburring machine leverages this principle by targeting the flash when it's brittle yet the product remains flexible. Using high-speed projected specialized plastic media, the machine precisely removes brittle burrs without damaging the main product.
