Our state-of-the-art Cryogenic Deflashing Machine leverages this principle, operating precisely when the flash is brittle and the product retains its flexibility. Utilizing high-velocity specialized plastic media, it expertly targets and eliminates brittle flashes, ensuring the main product remains pristine and undamaged.

FUNCTIONS
Our advanced machine is adept at efficiently removing flashes from small rubber and plastic components such as O-rings, gaskets, and various molded parts, ensuring a flawless finish.
Employing cutting-edge cryogenic processing technology, the flashes are initially frozen and then expertly dislodged using high-speed projection media, such as Polycarbonate blast. This process significantly elevates the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
