PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperatures dramatically drop, rubber and plastic parts undergo a significant transformation: they become hard, brittle, and crystallized, losing their innate flexibility. In this brittle state, they are susceptible to breaking when external forces are applied. The flash, being thinner than the main product, crystallizes faster at these low temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine exploits this advantage by operating precisely when the flash is brittle yet the main products retain their flexibility. The machine uses high-speed projection of specialized plastic media to efficiently remove the brittle flash without harming the main product, ensuring flawless quality and integrity.
