PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
In a remarkable transformation, as the temperature plunges, rubber and plastic parts experience hardening, transitioning into a brittle, crystallized state, thereby losing their inherent flexibility. At this pivotal brittle point, they are susceptible to fracturing under external pressure. The cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this fundamental principle. It operates during this critical window when the flash is brittle, but the primary material remains resilient. By employing high-speed projection of specialized plastic media, it adeptly strikes and removes the fragile flash, preserving the integrity of the product.
