Experience the cutting-edge Cryogenic Deflashing Machine for Rubber Trimming by Nitrogen PG-40T-a revolution in precision and efficiency.
PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
Our advanced Cryogenic deflashing technology employs a state-of-the-art system where rubber or plastic parts are placed in a specialized chamber. These parts are exposed to ultra-low temperatures, achieved via liquid nitrogen, then tumbled in a barrel and blasted with robust polycarbonate media.
The unique properties of burrs/flashes, having a thinner surface area compared to their mass, allow them to freeze rapidly and become brittle. The combination of tumbling action and media impact efficiently removes these burrs without causing any damage to the parts themselves.
Upon completion of the deflashing process, parts are gently brought back to room temperature. This method ensures a pristine finish with 100% burr removal, leaving the parts exceptionally clean and free from dust or residue.
Ideal for a broad spectrum of applications, cryogenic deburring and deflashing are perfect for die-cast metal parts, intricate rubber components, precision elastomeric parts, medical devices, and microelectronic elements.
FUNCTIONS
Our highly efficient machine excels in removing flashes from small rubber and plastic components such as O-rings, gaskets, and various molded parts with unparalleled precision.
Utilizing advanced cryogenic processing, flashes are first rapidly frozen and then meticulously removed by high-speed polycarbonate media projection, significantly enhancing the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.

ADVANTAGES
Cryogenic deflashing offers numerous advantages over manual and traditional deflashing techniques, setting a new standard in efficiency and quality.
This process ensures part integrity and maintains critical tolerances with precision.
As a batch process, it dramatically reduces the price per piece, processing multiple parts simultaneously.
Cryogenic deflashing extends mold life, providing a cost-effective alternative to mold repair or replacement, which is crucial for parts nearing the end of their product life cycle.
Fully computer-controlled, the process eliminates human error, ensuring consistent and reliable results batch after batch.
Cryogenic deflashing guarantees uniform quality across different lots.
This method is non-abrasive, preserving the integrity of the parts.
The cost per part is significantly lower than alternative deflashing techniques, providing excellent value.
