PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As the temperature drops, rubber and plastic parts undergo hardening, becoming brittle and crystallized, thereby losing flexibility. At this brittle temperature, they break easily when subjected to external force. Since the flash on molded products is thinner than the products themselves, it becomes brittle faster in low temperatures. The cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this principle. It operates during the timeframe when the flash is brittle, yet the products retain flexibility. High-speed projected special plastic media efficiently strike and clear the brittle flash, removing it without damaging the product.

Our machine is highly efficient at removing flash from small rubber and plastic components such as O-rings, gaskets, and other molded parts.
Through cryogenic processing, flashes are initially frozen and then removed by high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast), significantly enhancing the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
