PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperatures drastically drop, rubber and plastic components experience hardening, leading to brittleness and crystallization, which result in a loss of their inherent flexibility. At this critical brittle juncture, susceptibility to breakage under external forces increases. Flash on molded products, being thinner, becomes brittle more rapidly at these low temperatures. Our state-of-the-art cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this natural principle, operating precisely when the flash is brittle, yet the core products retain flexibility. By utilizing high-speed projection with specialized plastic media, it efficiently targets and eradicates the brittle flash, ensuring that the product remains intact and undamaged.
