Introducing the Flexible Paddle-Massaged PUR Hopper LIW Feeder: a robust and efficient solution meticulously engineered to deliver unparalleled precision and reliability for all your material handling needs.
General Introduction
Loss-in-weight feeders are the ideal solution for small to medium feeding ranges, offering unmatched precision under optimal ambient conditions. Their exceptional versatility allows them to seamlessly handle bulk solids, liquids, and even materials with poor flow effortlessly. These feeders are indispensable assets in continuous processes, such as feeding extruders that require high short-term feeding consistency. Additionally, they are extensively utilized in the food industry and laboratories, complemented by appropriate storage containers and customized feeding mechanisms. The designs range from compact units to scalable modular concepts, perfectly aligning with a plethora of usage scenarios.
Principle
As material flows through the feeder, the system's weight decreases. The loss-in-weight feeder controls dynamically adjust the feed rate to ensure the speed of weight loss matches the desired feed rate, constantly monitoring the material flow to maintain exceptional accuracy.
Every component, including the feeder, hopper, and material, is continuously weighed during operation to ensure exceptional precision in feeding.
Gravimetric feeders experience minor feed rate fluctuations, resulting from variations in auger filling capacity and material bulk density. These fluctuations are mitigated by adjusting the auger speed, ensuring the consistent dispensing of products.
Composition of Loss-in-Weight Feeder
Loss-in-weight feeders for bulk materials comprise an array of components, including storage hoppers, controlled feeding devices such as augers, screws, agitators, and pumps. They also integrate scales or load cells, and sophisticated loss-in-weight controllers to maintain precision.
Nanjing Pege's loss-in-weight feeders are expertly optimized for the compound industry. They offer flexible installation options and come in a variety of feeder and hopper sizes to fit any spatial configuration. The vertical container walls maximize space utilization while enhancing bulk material flow efficiency. The innovative off-center auger setup allows up to six feeders to be positioned adjacently for streamlined operations. Additionally, drive and auger configurations can be customized during assembly to meet specific requirements.
Material Applicable
Perfectly suited for Resin Particles, Resin Powder, Calcium Carbonate, and Glass Fibers.
Expertly designed for handling Talcum Powder and Titanium White Powder.
Highly effective for Carbon Black and Flame Retardant Antioxidants.
Features
Suitable for all-purpose bulk material, especially for the powder material with humidity and low flowability. The cantilever sling-type weighing scale supports the storage hopper, which has the characteristics of vibration reduction and anti-level interference. This design can effectively shield the non-weight value interference from the vibrator and measure the flow of the system more accurately. All contact with materials is SUS304 with inner mirror surface. Gentle feed capability by paddling flexible hopper with external agitation. Easy to disassemble and to clean, convenient for maintenance. No direct touch between stirring unit and material ensures no damage on the materials. The stirring and feeding motors are separated, and the speed can be adjusted separately. The electronic control system reserves an Ethernet communication interface for remote control.
