Introducing the PEGE Small Size Cryogenic Rubber Deflashing/Deburring Machine PG-40T – a compact powerhouse for precision rubber part refinement.
Product Description
PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
Our advanced cryogenic deflashing technology leverages ultra-low temperatures achieved through liquid nitrogen to refine rubber and plastic parts. Inside the machine chamber, these parts are tumbled and subjected to a polycarbonate media blast, ensuring thorough and efficient deburring.
The innovative process exploits the thinner surface area of burrs/flashes, causing them to 'FREEZE' rapidly and become brittle. Through the combined action of tumbling and media impact, burrs are expertly removed without harming the parts.
Upon completion, parts are gently warmed back to room temperature. This process guarantees pristine, residue-free components with absolute burr removal for immaculate results.
Cryogenic deburring and deflashing are superbly suited for die-cast metal parts, intricate rubber components, precision elastomerics, medical devices, and microelectronics.
