The PEGE Cryogenic Deflashing Machine harnesses this phenomenon, targeting the time window where the flash is frangible while the main product retains its resilience. Using high-speed, specially designed plastic media, it deftly strikes and eradicates the brittle flashes, ensuring the core product remains pristine and undamaged.

Our state-of-the-art machine excels in efficiently removing flashes from small rubber and plastic components such as O-rings, gaskets, and various other molded parts.
Employing advanced cryogenic processing, the machine first freezes the flashes, which are then obliterated with high-speed polycarbonate blast media. This significantly enhances the surface quality of both molded rubber and plastic components.
