Product Description

As temperatures drop, rubber and plastic components undergo a transformation, becoming hardened, brittle, and crystalline, thus leading to a loss of flexibility. In this brittle state, they are prone to breakage upon external impact. With the flash of molded products being more delicate than the product itself, it becomes brittle faster when exposed to low temperatures. Our innovative Cryogenic Deflashing Machine leverages this principle. By operating in a timeframe where the flash is brittle, while the product retains its flexibility, it utilizes high-speed projected specialized plastic media to effectively eliminate the brittle burrs without compromise to product integrity.

FUNCTIONS
Our cutting-edge machine is adept at efficiently removing flashes from a variety of small rubber and plastic components, including O-rings, gaskets, and other meticulously molded parts.
Leveraging advanced cryogenic processing technology, the machine first freezes the flashes, followed by a high-velocity projection of media (Polycarbonate blast). This sophisticated process dramatically enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic components.
