Our state-of-the-art Cryogenic Deflashing Machine leverages this natural phenomenon, operating precisely when the flash is brittle but the main product retains its flexibility. By projecting high-speed, specialized plastic media, the machine efficiently eliminates brittle burrs without harming the product.

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES
Our innovative machine is ideal for eliminating flash from small rubber and plastic components, including O-rings, gaskets, and other molded items, ensuring flawless finishes.
Utilizing advanced cryogenic processing technology, the machine first freezes the flash, then employs high-speed projection media, such as Polycarbonate Blast, to eradicate it. This significantly enhances the surface quality of rubber and plastic molded parts.
