The machine deploys high-speed projected special plastic media to meticulously target and clear out brittle burrs, ensuring flawless removal without compromising the integrity of the product itself.

FUNCTIONS
Our state-of-the-art machine is expertly designed for the efficient removal of flashes from small rubber and plastic parts, including O-rings, gaskets, and a variety of other molded components.
Harnessing the power of advanced cryogenic processing technology, the process starts by freezing the flashes and then uses high-speed polycarbonate blast media to precisely eliminate them. This innovative procedure significantly enhances the surface quality of both molded rubber and plastic parts.
