The flash of molded products is typically thinner than the finished product, thus it becomes brittle sooner at lower temperatures. The Cryogenic Deflashing Machine leverages this phenomenon, targeting the flash when it is brittle, while the product retains its flexibility. By employing high-speed projected specialized plastic media, it effectively clears away the brittle burr without harming the product.

FUNCTIONS

Utilizing state-of-the-art cryogenic processing technology, flashes are first frozen and then eliminated through high-speed Polycarbonate blast media. This process significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic components.
