1.General description


This machine is used for cutting the edges of soft objects such as oil seals, soft rubber parts and U packing. 
Manual feed and auto trim. 
Cuts the bevel angle of plain face, inner & outer bevel angle simultaneously. 
Auto product blow off by air cylinder. Flash separator separates trimmed oil seal and flash to save time. 
It is equipped with a wheel press to press the oil seals being trimmed 
Area safety sensor and a safety screen to protect the operator and keep the working area clean.
Because of its sophisticated design, the processing range is from dia10mm to dia150mm, the size of
the thickness can be adjusted, so it can satisfy users' requirement of various varieties and a wide range.
If the machine has no grip of the work-piece, the knife won't work, so it can protect the operator,
and avert to mangle the knife.

4.Main Functions
1.This machine has nine ways to process. According to the actual requirement, you can arbitrarily choose.
2. You can adjust the knife's route and the speed. If you want to adjust the two knives' route, you just adjust the limit switch and the hydraulic buffer which on the cylinder.
You can control the knife's speed by adjusting the throttle which anchor the each end of the cylinder. Adjustment of the knob on the tail of the elegance fixed-speed devices can regulate the speed of the knife cutting into the work-piece.
